Position Overview

Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Unit A, 11th Floor, Fuhong Commercial Building, Apacible Street cor. Perez St., Metro Manila 1007

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Reports To: Prima Roqueza Acuna-Manlapas Senior Sales Manager / HR & Admin Lead

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Manager will work closely with the existing KAM to oversee and manage the company's e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. The role is responsible for sales growth, account management, campaign execution, and maintaining strong relationships with platform partners. The managers will divide responsibilities across the platforms to ensure full coverage, efficiency, and performance.

Platforms Covered:

- TikTok Shop: Commalax, SMK, Cos De Baha, Axis-Y, Iunik, BBIA

- Shopee: Commalax, SMK, Skinstagram, Axis-Y, Neopharm, BBIA

- Lazada: Commalax, SMK, Axis-Y, Skin1004, Cos De Baha, BBIA

- Shopify: commalax.ph

Key Responsibilities:

Account and Sales Management

  • Manage assigned e-commerce shops across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion performance.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce platforms for campaigns, promotions, and exclusive brand events.

Store Operations

  • Ensure product listings are complete, accurate, and optimized (pricing, descriptions, keywords, images, reviews).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments with the Inventory & Fulfillment team.
  • Implement and monitor promotional campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, bundles, mega campaigns).
  • Manage customer service escalations and ensure excellent buyer experience.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Generate and analyze weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
  • Track ROI and effectiveness of promotions and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights on best-performing SKUs and propose new initiatives for growth.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work hand-in-hand with Fritz to divide platform responsibilities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for creatives, livestreams, and content requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory and Fulfillment Manager (Jonathan) to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Align with Finance on payment terms, commissions, and chargebacks.

Compliance and Brand Standards

  • Ensure all e-commerce shops comply with platform regulations and company policies.
  • Protect brand image and positioning by monitoring unauthorized sellers and coordinating takedown requests when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing e-commerce accounts in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
  • Strong sales and account management background.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into action plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
