The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing multicultural and passionate team! Working within the UX/UI team, you will manage and enhance our online presence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product information, execute effective promotions, and address inquiries promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
As the E-commerce Coordinator, you'll oversee and support the planning, execution, and optimization of the e-commerce platforms. A day in the life of an E-commerce Coordinator may look like this:
- Maintain the E-Commerce platform across websites and any newly developed websites or other digital products.
- Coordinate all aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listings, product information, and pricing, and monitor marketing performance.
- Conduct ongoing site auditing and quality assurance checks across staging, preview, and live environments.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that product launches and promotions are reflected on the e-commerce platform.
- Work closely with the customer support team to address e-commerce-related issues and continuously improve the overall customer experience on the website.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address technical issues, implement updates, and optimize website performance.
- Manage external review site requests (e.g., ProductReview, Trustpilot) including submission, coordination, and monitoring.
Qualifications:
- University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Marketing, Commerce, Business or similar)
- Highly analytical and a logical thinker.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking and human-centered Design.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ready to challenge, be challenged, and work within our highly disruptive business model
- Independent, proactive, with a can-do attitude
- Excellent team player and communication skills to work within a very collaborative team.
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once; strong time management skills and experience working to tight deadlines.
