Essential Job Functions
AMZ
- Vendor Central cancellations for UK & US.
- Weekly check on Seller Central for unshipped orders.
- Respond to action required emails, including but not limited to availability, pricing, defects, return rate, opportunity, etc.
- Daily AMZ Marketplace cancellations.
- Respond to AMZ customer tickets in portal.
Ebay
- Weekly check on Seller Central for unshipped orders.
- Daily Ebay cancellations.
- Respond to Ebay customer tickets in portal.
Etsy
- Daily entering of tracking numbers in Etsy portal.
- Respond to Etsy customer tickets in portal.
LBY.com/QC.com
- Manage the LBY Designer Pattern Marketplace listings and create kits.
- Monthly free pattern creation on lby.com websites.
- Weekly kit creation on lby.com websites.
- Daily banner updates.
- Customer service coverage as needed.
- Paypal disputes for all native company websites.
- Run necessary weekly ADA scans and document findings.
- Coordinate content and implement changes in digital marketing portals.
DSV
- Help set up new Marketplaces.
- Daily Walmart cancellations.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of eCommerce related or administrative experience helpful.
- Knowledge of Excel and different.com portals (i.e., Amazon, eBay, Walmart ).
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently by deadline.
- Must be detail oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team player who is reliable, adaptable and a quick learner.
