Ecommerce Account Associate – TikTok Shop Partner (TSP)

Department: TikTok Shop Partner (TSP)

Location: Muntinlupa City

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Company: TRND Marketing

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱27,000 per month

About the Role

TRND Marketing is looking for a proactive and organized Ecommerce Account Associate to join our TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) team. This position is responsible for supporting client accounts, managing campaign coordination, and assisting in livestream execution to ensure successful brand collaborations and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Coordination

  • Act as the primary support contact for assigned client accounts
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding campaign updates, deliverables, and timelines
  • Help manage client expectations and ensure requirements are fulfilled efficiently
  • Assist the Account Manager in maintaining positive and professional client relationships

Campaign & Livestream Support

  • Help organize and execute TikTok Shop livestream campaigns
  • Coordinate livestream schedules, promotional mechanics, scripts, and featured products
  • Ensure all campaign requirements and materials are prepared before going live
  • Provide assistance during livestream broadcasts as needed

Livestream Operations

  • Monitor studio readiness, including equipment setup, product inventory, and promotional assets
  • Support livestream production by:
  • Operating OBS or related broadcast software
  • Managing product displays and livestream visuals
  • Ensuring seamless broadcast flow throughout sessions
  • Troubleshoot and escalate operational concerns during livestreams

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign and livestream performance metrics such as engagement, traffic, GMV, and units sold
  • Assist in creating internal performance summaries and client reports
  • Help identify performance insights, trends, and improvement opportunities

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with clients and internal departments to develop campaign strategies and livestream concepts
  • Assist in preparing host scripts, talking points, and product highlights
  • Coordinate with creatives, logistics, and operations teams to ensure campaign preparedness

Administrative Support

  • Prepare campaign-related reports, documentation, and presentation materials
  • Facilitate routing of documents for approvals when necessary
  • Document post-livestream concerns, feedback, and operational issues
  • Support additional department initiatives and tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles is preferred
  • B2B sales or account servicing background is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional, and confident personality
  • Willing to work flexible/shifting schedules, including weekends when necessary
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa
