Role Description

We are laying the first tiles of Mosaic Schoolhouse, and we are looking for the creative hearts to help us shape our beautiful beginning. We are seeking a founding team of co-learners who believe that an educator's journey of discovery is just as vital as the child's.

We believe in the power of team-teaching. We are seeking pedagogical partners ready to research, document, and wonder alongside children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology (or a related field)
• A deep curiosity to learn the Reggio Emilia approach and Australian EYLF
• A passion for documentation and collaborative team teaching
• Experience is a plus, but a growth mindset is a must
