- Apply your expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles to create top-tier e-learning solutions that make a difference.
- Leverage the latest tools and technology (like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and more!) to create multimedia-rich content that keeps learners engaged.
- Measure the success of your programs, analyze feedback, and continuously improve to ensure our employees are always learning at their best.
- Train and support our team on how to navigate and use our e-learning platform to ensure maximum engagement and impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in corporate e-learning.
What Were Looking For:
- A Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, or a related field youve got the educational foundation to back up your creativity.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-learning development, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to design courses that deliver results.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- A solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices in creating e-learning content that sticks.
- Expertise in crafting visually appealing, interactive, and engaging multimedia content that holds learners&apos attention.
- Experience in needs analysis, course planning, and project management to ensure learning initiatives are a success.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with experts and bring ideas to life.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work independently without missing a beat.
