RemoteVA Ph is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and managing email campaigns using Klaviyo
- Support product review management through YotPo
- Create and schedule simple social media posts
- Perform basic tasks using the Magento e-commerce platform
- General administrative and virtual assistant duties as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or digital support role
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, YotPo, Magento, and social media tools is a plus (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Benefits
Location: Remote - Work from Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Hong Kong Time)
Salary: USD $650-$700/month
