Job Description
As an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing listings and handling customer support.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience as an E-Commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proven Commercehub, and Rhythm experience
- Willingness to learn new administrative skills and pivot between customer support and back-office tasks as needed.
- Familiar with e-commerce trends and marketplace policies.
- Knowledgeable of inventory management on online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality assistance via voice, chat, and email to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for maximum visibility.
- Expand product presence on other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings.
- Monitor and update inventory levels on e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
