Key Job Objective
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for maintaining brand presence and awareness at, and promoting products on the Company's various online platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations of the Company's various online platforms.
- Process customer orders by coordinating with concerned employees and/or courier services.
- Update product listings, images, price, stocks, and other relevant contents on the various online platforms.
- Coordinate with Web Developer, Graphic Artist, SEO Specialist or other concerned employees to ensure that online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and contains accurate and up-to-date content.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Associates for any client concerns.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, strategies, and promotions on online platforms.
- Consult with the E-Commerce Supervisor regarding other work-related concerns for prompt and appropriate resolutions.
- Perform other job responsibilities that may be assigned as needed by business operations in relation to this job position (live selling).
