The E-Commerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for leveraging content, affiliates, and livestreams to achieve sales targets. He/she will be responsible for day-to-day operational management of content, the affiliate ecosystem, and live stream fundamentals. This role focuses on the hands-on coordination of creators, technical live sessions, and the operational synchronization of promotional content.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
- Creative Campaign Ideation:Develop content, affiliate marketing, and shoppable ideas for brand and online platform campaigns
- Affiliate Operations:Implement the affiliate marketing framework, manage affiliates and creators daily, coordinate with affiliate agencies, and maintain and monitor the affiliate portal. This includes whitelisting creators, defining and setting up commission tiers, and reporting and trackingcreator-led SKU conversion performance. Design and ideate affiliate campaign strategies to improve conversions.
- Livestream Technical Direction:Provide technical directions and manage the backend of all platforms livestreams. This includes scheduling and agency coordination, ad & budget monitoring support, and tracking of stream health, engagement metrics, and livestream sales.
- Content Briefing & Optimization:Brief internal and external creative teams on the production of shoppable video content. Adapt existing brand assets into videos and ads tailored for marketplace algorithms.Ensure all shoppable video content complies with the marketplaces requirements. Review agency-produced content for technical compliance (e.g., correct SKU tags and landing page links). Ensures that creator content is adapted into ad-ready formats with the correct technical specs.
- Promo Setup for Affiliates & Live:Verify that all store-wide mechanics (Flash Sales, Vouchers, etc.) are live and match the communication provided by the brands and affiliates.
- Platform Mastery:Expert-level knowledge of the marketing tools modules in TikTok Shop, Shopee Seller Centre, and Lazada Seller Center. Proficiency platforms business insights to track creator-level conversion and product-level velocity.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of operational experience in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, or Livestream Management.
- Ability to coordinate high volumes of creator content and technical assets simultaneously.
- Deep familiarity with marketplace promotional tools (Seller Center Marketing Tools modules).
- Experience from Ecommerce enablers or agencies is an advantage.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up at Mandaluyong City.
