Job Description

About the Role:

The E-Commerce Logistics Operations Analyst will help scale some of the fastest growing consumer appliance brands on the E-Commerce market, such as KitchenAid and InstantPot. This role requires collaboration, teamwork and excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with our Warehouse, Supply Chain and Business teams. They are tasked to manage daily operations such as order management, back order analysis, supply chain and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
Specialist Level

  • Operations and Logistics
    • Streamline operations and lead process improvement initiatives. This includes shipment receiving, storing, picking, packing, releasing, pre-delivery inspection, returns inspection and logging
    • Supervise and optimize the working relationship with our suppliers, 3PL fulfillment partner / couriers, and the Customer Success team
    • Acts as main POC with logistics partners, maintaining strong relationships while driving business results
    • Monitor any delays in delivery lead time
    • Manage inbound supply chain (monitoring and tracking supplies), managing incoming shipments for ecommerce, help execute inventory management best practices and outbound from courier to the customer, utilizing warehouse/courier management systems and internal order management systems
    • Eliminate, optimize or automate existing manual day-to-day operation tasks
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on operational efficiencies, finance and sales, forecasting based on data analysis
  • Order Management
    • Proactively manage customer orders to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction
    • Identify problems, propose and execute plans to reduce order returns rate and cancellations
    • Manage relationship and workflows with 3rd party groups
    • Manage the timely fulfillment and distribution of customer orders across internal /external partners nationwide
    • Facilitate the quality assurance process by working closely with our 3PL fulfillment partners
    • Support our Customer Success team with a customer-first approach and act as second-level support on customer issues
  • Brand/Marketing Support
    • Provide support in E-Commerce store content management - product dimensions, warranty concerns, merchandising content
    • Headcount planning for peak and trough season
    • Work on ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance & Developers

Supervisory Level (those already stated above, plus the following)

  • Ensure cost-effective operation of processes and end-to-end fulfillment
  • Define the overall long-term operational roadmap and strategy with defined multi-year key milestones

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidate must have possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently with effective use of time management and prioritization skills
  • Experienced in handling ecommerce operations - logistics, warehousing, delivery, order processing, customer service
  • Detail oriented and work well under pressure with tight timelines
  • Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
