Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly host engaging live streams on platforms like TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to promote products.
- Showcase product features, benefits, and pricing in an informative and persuasive manner.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, answer questions, build a sense of community, and encourage participation.
- Actively encourage purchases and achieve daily or monthly sales targets.
- Create compelling content that drives traffic, views, and sales for the products being sold
- Handle customer inquiries, manage sales performance, and build customer relationships
- Work with marketing teams on content, campaigns, and promotions.
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, e-commerce trends, and market updates
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills for engaging with a live audience
- Must maintain a lively, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality throughout live sessions.
- Confident and at ease speaking and performing in front of a live audience and camera
- Proven ability to sell products and close deals in a live environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce websites, and live selling tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and during peak sales periods.
- Good organizational skills to manage live streams and prepare products.
