Job Description

  • Develop digital sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with partners and build relationships with marketplace platforms in order to optimize the brand's digital presence.
  • Conceptualize digital marketing initiatives, analyze data and measure results.
  • Plan and monitor marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with brand owners to leverage all marketing opportunities on Rare Food Shop.
  • Create and manage product descriptions for online marketplace platforms.
  • Pioneer and create new opportunities with e-commerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales.
  • Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as a premium e-commerce supplier.
  • Conduct extensive online research, at all times understanding marketing and sales strategies from all major e-commerce retailers.
  • Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information.
  • Collaborate with your sales peers, design teams and management to ensure that you are offering the very best assortment to the customer.
  • Conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to our platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce. Will endeavor to enhance their skill set by continually learning about adjacent techniques that might improve collaboration between departments.
  • Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
  • Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms.
  • Directing the activities of Software Developers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies.
  • Reviewing the security of checkout pages and payment procedures.
  • Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
  • Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy.
  • Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
  • Reporting on the utility of existing and novel strategies.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as E-Commerce Executive or equivalent position
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Entrepreneurship or any related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform seller dashboards)
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and social media marketing is an advantage
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills
  • Willing to work onsite at Sucat, Paranaque City
