We're looking for E-commerce Data Analysts to review, categorize, and improve product data that powers AI-driven shopping and recommendation engines. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp, systematic mindset and comfort navigating online platforms. No formal e-commerce or retail experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review product listings for accuracy, completeness, and correct categorization
- Evaluate AI-generated product descriptions and recommendation outputs
- Tag and classify products using structured category taxonomies
- Identify duplicate, misleading, or low-quality product entries
- Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve AI product search and discovery
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Comfortable navigating online shopping platforms and familiar with how product categories work
- Detail-oriented with a systematic, consistent approach to classification tasks
- At ease working with structured data and web-based tools
- Strong written communication skills — you can explain your reasoning clearly
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior e-commerce, retail, or AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in data entry, cataloging, or product management
- Background in retail, purchasing, or consumer goods
- Familiarity with AI tools or e-commerce platforms as an end user
