About The Role
What if your creativity and curiosity could directly shape how the world's most advanced AI systems think, reason, and respond We're looking for Prompt Writers to craft original, inventive prompts that challenge AI models — exposing gaps, stress-testing reasoning, and helping build smarter, safer, more capable AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong writing skills and a knack for asking the kinds of questions that make people — and machines — think harder. No technical or AI background required.

What You'll Do
- Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
- Design questions, scenarios, and tasks that push AI models to reason, create, and problem-solve
- Craft prompts that probe for accuracy, creativity, safety, and edge-case behavior
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency
- Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace
Who You Are
- Creative and intellectually curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across many different subjects
- Strong writer with the ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and engagingly
- Comfortable thinking across disciplines — from science and philosophy to culture and everyday life
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured guidelines without losing your creative edge
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No AI, technical, or academic background required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, journalism, education, research, or content creation
- Experience with critical thinking frameworks, logic puzzles, or creative writing
- Familiarity with AI tools or language models as an end user
- Broad general knowledge and genuine intellectual range
