Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about the fast-paced world of online selling We're looking for a proactive E-Commerce Associate to help manage and grow our presence across leading platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms
Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotions
Monitor orders, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure smooth transactions
Assist in executing online campaigns and marketplace activities
Track sales performance and prepare simple reports
Collaborate with Marketing, Fulfillment, and Finance teams
Handle customer-related concerns such as reviews, disputes, and order issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any course)
Open to fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in e-commerce/online selling
Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage
Basic Excel knowledge
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Strong communication and coordination skills
