Job Summary
The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for creating and managing SKUs for client web stores based on detailed information provided by Account Managers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are accurately built, properly categorized, and ready for launch within established timelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently within a structured ticketing system.
- Create product SKUs for client web stores using specifications provided by Account Managers
- Accurately input product details including descriptions, pricing, variants, images, and inventory data
- Ensure product listings meet company quality standards and client requirements
- Manage workload independently through a ticketing system, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines
- Review tickets for completeness and proactively request clarification when needed
- Maintain consistent naming conventions and product organization across web stores
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before product launch
- Update existing SKUs as needed based on revisions or client changes
- Communicate status updates and completion notes within the ticketing system
- Meet established productivity and turnaround benchmarks
