About the Opportunity

This is a high-impact eCommerce role at the centre of a fast-growing digital channel, where you'll help bring trusted FMCG brands to life on leading online platforms. Partnering closely with our distributor, agencies, and internal teams, you'll drive sales performance, sharpen visibility, and shape how Mainland wins in eCommerce. You will:

  • Own sales performance across key eCommerce platforms including Shopee, TikTok and Lazada, working closely with our distributor to deliver sustainable top-line growth
  • Provide clear, actionable insights on platform performance and feed critical inputs into IBP for both brand and sales teams
  • Manage promotional and trade spend, ensuring strong ROI and disciplined bottom-line management across distributor and agency partners
  • Partner with media, content and live streaming agencies to optimise campaign performance and elevate brand presence in a highly competitive eCommerce landscape
  • Proactively identify and evaluate new opportunities, including emerging platforms, new channels or verticals, to support future growth

About You

You're commercially minded, curious, and energised by the pace of eCommerce, with a strong sales lens and a passion for turning data into decisions. Comfortable working cross-functionally and externally, you enjoy testing, learning, and scaling what works in a dynamic digital environment. In addition to this, you will have:

  • 2-3 years experience managing an eCommerce distributor or hands-on experience working directly with eCommerce platforms
  • FMCG eCommerce experience, with a solid understanding of how brands win online across sales, media and execution
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate platform data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Sound business administration and budget management skills, including experience managing promotional or trade spend
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and identifying profitable opportunities before they scale
