Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Fulfillment Admin Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end

fulfillment operations of the company's e-commerce platforms. The role ensures accurate and

timely order processing, effective coordination with logistics partners, and proper handling of

returns, damages, claims, and disputes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining

operational efficiency and compliance with platform standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders, ensuring fulfillment within platform deadlines and cut-off times

  • Coordinate with logistics couriers for order pick-up, delivery scheduling, and resolution of shipment-related issues

  • Handle and process returned and damaged orders in accordance with platform guidelines

  • Prepare and file claims and disputes with e-commerce platforms and logistics partners, ensuring complete and accurate documentation

  • Track, monitor, and follow up on all claims and disputes until resolution

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of returns, claims, and courier communications for audit and reporting purposes

  • Generate regular reports on fulfillment performance, returns, and exceptions for management review

  • Support overall customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth, timely, and accurate fulfillment operations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, or related operations (experience in Shopee/Lazada is a plus)

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and courier processes

  • Experience in handling returns, damages, claims, and dispute processing is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling and documentation

  • Good organizational and time management skills able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic reporting and tracking)

  • Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

  • Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive operational data with confidentiality
