About The Role

We are hiring a strategic E-Commerce Account Manager to lead the digital operations for HiFi Sound Connection, a premier US-based retailer of car audio and musical instruments. You will not just manage a client account; you will act as the operational leader for our e-commerce business, collaborating directly with the US leadership team.

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in multi-channel e-commerce (Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com) and the ability to manage a team of Customer Service and Data specialists. You will be responsible for driving listing quality, optimizing the direct website, and ensuring our customer service team hits top-tier metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Marketplace Management: Oversee performance and health of seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Walmart Marketplace. Monitor policy compliance, feedback scores, and defect rates.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Customer Service Representatives and Data Entry specialists. Set KPIs for response times (SLA), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and listing accuracy.
  • Listing & Data Optimization: Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings. Ensure titles, bullet points, and descriptions are SEO-friendly and accurate across all platforms.
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with the US team to improve the user experience (UX) and conversion rate of hifisoundconnection.com. Suggest and implement strategies to increase direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze sales reports to identify best-selling categories and slow-moving inventory. Propose strategies to bundle products or run promotions.
  • Operational Alignment: Serve as the bridge between the Cebu operations team and the US Headquarters. Note: This role does not involve physical shipping or receiving.

Requirements

  • E-Commerce Experience: 4+ years of proven experience managing US-based e-commerce accounts (Amazon Seller Central expertise is a must).
  • Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading a team of at least 5-10 people, preferably in a metrics-driven Customer Service or Sales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce backends (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, or similar), bulk editing via CSV, and familiarity with tools like ChannelAdvisor or ShipStation is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate effectively with US executives and handle high-level customer escalations.
  • Schedule: Willingness to work Night Shift (US Central Time Zone) to collaborate with the US office.
