Job Description
Summary:
As a Data Engineer, you will engage in the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions that facilitate data generation, collection, and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and implementing ETL processes to effectively migrate and deploy data across various systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of data management within the organization.
Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation roll-out Dynatrace solutions across enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Dynatrace SaaS, Azure, AWS)
Manage end-to-end observability frameworks, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with application-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
Mentor and guide a team of observability engineers and developers.
Ensure observability solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Implementation of Application Monitoring and Observability and report on metrics and KPIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
Hands-on deployment Active Gate, OneAgent installation and dashboard creation
Tagging governance creation and configuration
Minimum 5 years of experience in observability or SRE, with at least 3 years in an architecture role.
In-depth understanding of observability architecture.
Hands-on experience with observability platforms and scripting.
Experience in managing technical teams and complex solution delivery.
Strong expertise in automation tools such as Dynatrace
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Shell.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and containerization (AKS, Kubernetes).
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
A preferable qualification includes Dynatrace Associate Certified, Dynatrace Professional Certified.
