Job Description
The role of the Duty Officer is (but not limited) to:
- Coordinate with the chiller operator regarding the status of the plant.
- Facilitate various activities for the day of operation. Coordinate with the engineering division, sub contractors, and mall admin.
- Inform Project Manager, FLSE and division managers of any breakdown, damages or whatever problems encountered during operation.
- Prepare all tasks that are essential for the day of operation such as, input of daily activity report, including preventive maintenance, Conduct quality control inspections to make sure that equipment is in good working condition Prepare monthly report to be submitted to the designated persons
- Discuss to subcontractors any problems that might be encountered during their preventive maintenance inspection.
- Coordinate with FLSE regarding calls from the tenants regarding on room temperature comfort problems.
- Check the attendance of the SWC personnel upon arrival to the office.
- Observe proper housekeeping in the whole day of operation.
- The duty officer is responsible to prepare all tasks in the absence of the project manager.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), and other course related with HVAC/ Air-conditioning
- Must be fluent in Oral/ Written English/ Filipino languages.
- At least 1-3 year(s) in HVAC/Air-conditioning operation and maintenance or any related field.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens.
- Job role is in Project Management or Team Leader category.
- Supervisory skill
- Computer literate, preferably on Microsoft applications
- Dynamic, goal-oriented and intuitive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality in attendance.
- Full-Time positions available.

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
- Willing to start ASAP.
