Job Description

Are you a strategic leader with a proven track record in the construction materials industry We are looking for a National Commercial Lead to spearhead the growth of our Dry Mix business. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage sales; you will be the architect of our national market presence, driving penetration across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments.

As the National Commercial Lead, you will lead the charge in expanding our footprint and ensuring our Dry Mix solutions are the first choice for developers, distributors, and contractors nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a national commercial roadmap to increase market share across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Sales Excellence: Own the P&L for the Dry Mix business, overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline development, and margin management to hit ambitious revenue targets.
  • Channel Expansion: Build and strengthen a robust distribution network, including distributors, modern trade partners, and applicator networks.
  • Market Influence: Act as a key ambassador for the brand, engaging with architects, specifiers, and project stakeholders to position our solutions in major infrastructure projects.
  • Innovation Catalyst: Partner with R&D and Product Management to turn market insights into the next generation of Dry Mix products.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of solution-based selling and technical excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in the Dry Mix or Construction Chemicals sector with a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • A proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, pricing strategies, and large-scale distribution networks.
  • A natural leader capable of aligning regional teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain).
  • Ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • A focus on safety, governance, and operational integrity in line with company standards (Anti Bribery, Code of Ethics, Internal Control Standards).

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree relevant to the Business, preferably with an MBA
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a sales management position with responsibility for managing people, sales and marketing performance and cross functional coordination.
  • Gained knowledge or experience on dry mix process on top of managerial and business experience is ideal.
  • Strong Commercial and Marketing skills
  • Knowledge on Building Materials (Aggregates, Cement, Dry Mix and Finishing products), FMCG, Dry Mix Industry
  • Problem Solving; Result-Oriented; Strategic development and implementation of plans; Capacity to deal concurrently with a wide range of issues
  • Negotiation; Communication; Leadership; People Management; Interpersonal; Influential; Coordination.
  • Strong building relationship with customers and stakeholders.
