Provides transportation services for the units staff and visitors. Assists in maintaining the units office cleanliness and provides clerical and messengerial support.
III. Duties And Responsibilities
- Driving Services
- Provide driving services to the project staff and visitors on both local and out-of-town trips
- Take charge of vehicle cleaning and regular maintenance such as fuel, water, oil, etc.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always in good running condition
- Facilitate the vehicles annual registration renewal with the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
- Messengerial
- Deliver communications/documents
- Pay bills
- Pick up bank statements
- Handle check deposits and/or encashments
- Perform other official errands as required by the supervisor
- Others
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management
Education
- At least high school graduate
- With Driver's License 1, 2, 3
Experience
- At least two (2) years driving experience
Other / Special Skills
- Familiar in the area of account and nearby provinces
- With at least minimum electrical and mechanical skills
- Preferably with NCII in Driving
