Job Summary
Provides transportation services for the Access TB GF staff and visitors. Responsible and accountable for the assigned Access TB project vehicle unit. Provides messengerial support.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Driving Services
- Provides driving services to the project staff and visitors on both local and out-of-town trips.
- Provides driving service for sputum collections, medicine transfers, decentralization activities and patients default tracing.
- Responsible for the assigned GF project vehicles safety, cleaning and regular maintenance such as fuel, water, oil, and etc. Ensure that the vehicle is on a good and safe condition at all times. Maintains Repair Monitoring Log sheet to record vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Facilitates the vehicles annual registration renewal with the Land and Transportation Office (LTO).
- Responsible for the accomplishment, maintainance and timely submission of daily trip log sheets.

- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: At least high school graduate
Experience: At least one year defense driving experience
Other / Special Skills: Presentable, alert, with good verbal communications skills.
