Job Description

  • Safely transporting company employees, guests, or goods to and from specified locations in timely manner
  • Plan and follow the best route to ensure timely delivery of goods and passengers.
  • Assist in the delivery and pick-up of goods to and from offices and sites.
  • Conduct daily checks of the assigned vehicle, including body, oil, tire, and battery condition.
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing weekly washing, cleaning, and follow scheduled maintenance.
  • Track and renew LTO registration.
  • Maintain accurate mileage records and log all assigned travels.
  • Promptly report any accidents, injuries, or tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
  • At least a high school graduate or college degree
  • Physically fit to work
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Knowledgeable of road safety regulations
  • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
  • Working knowledge of local roads and routes
  • Effective communication skills
  • Willing to provide court clearance and prosecutor's clearance
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
  • Must be willing to be part of the agency.
