Source and attract potential drivers through multiple channels, including online and offline campaigns, community partnerships, and referral programs.
Monitor driver acquisition performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve lead conversion rates.
Manage and maintain accurate driver records, handle onboarding logistics, and prepare regular performance and recruitment reports.
Continuously optimize the driver onboarding process by developing and improving onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation.
Guide new drivers through the onboarding journey from application and document submission to orientation and training.
Develop, update, and maintain training materials to ensure consistency and relevance.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and sessions, identifying areas for improvement.
Conduct initial screening and qualification assessments to ensure applicants meet company standards and requirements.
Support the implementation of driver programs and engagement initiatives, ensuring timely and clear communication with drivers.
Address driver concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution and escalation handling.
Analyze performance and engagement data to enhance the overall driver experience and retention.
