  • Source and attract potential drivers through multiple channels, including online and offline campaigns, community partnerships, and referral programs.
  • Monitor driver acquisition performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain accurate driver records, handle onboarding logistics, and prepare regular performance and recruitment reports.
  • Continuously optimize the driver onboarding process by developing and improving onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation.
  • Guide new drivers through the onboarding journey from application and document submission to orientation and training.
  • Develop, update, and maintain training materials to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and sessions, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct initial screening and qualification assessments to ensure applicants meet company standards and requirements.
  • Support the implementation of driver programs and engagement initiatives, ensuring timely and clear communication with drivers.
  • Address driver concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for issue resolution and escalation handling.
  • Analyze performance and engagement data to enhance the overall driver experience and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related fields
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • 1-3 year of experience in driver operations or logistic operations is preferred
  • Has good background in digital marketing and sales funnel management
  • Has good background in strategy and process improvement roles
  • 3-year leadership experience
