Job Description:

Support the end-to-end onboarding process
Provide the support for onboarding document verification
Provide the support for driver KYC
Ensure a smooth driver onboarding experience
Escalate the onboarding issues and resolve it in-timely manner
Analyze performance data to improve driver experience
Support the execution of driver schemes, and manage driver communication/sentiment

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Operations or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fresh grad to 1-year relevant work experience in driver operations or logistic operations is preferred
Experience in fleet management and communicating with drivers is preferred
