Drive-Thru Specialist

Responsible for overseeing multi-location operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient service, and consistent store execution. Leads and motivates teams to achieve performance targets, using data and reports to drive improvements. Conducts regular store visits, supports activations and roll-outs, and ensures operational standards are met. Must be able to drive and travel frequently.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead teams and influence performance across multiple locations.

Strong operational understanding of speed of service, guest experience and store execution.

Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards and reports.

Must know how to drive.

Willingness to travel regularly for store visits, activations and roll-out.
