Responsible for the growth of branch sales through dealer recruitment, execution of intentional
activities, training, and coaching of new and existing dealers.
Works closely with the Cluster Head, Happy Customer Supervisor and Happy Customer Retention,
Great Life Executives, Directors, Managers, and Builders.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures achievement of sales, recruitment, and progression targets.
Executes branch Intentional Activities for sales generation and dealer engagement activities.
Ensures daily monitoring of KPIs using the available tools through the Sales Web platform.
Daily accomplishment of IA Tracker via iCheck.
Updates the dealer on existing and upcoming Marketing Division and Dreams Fulfillment Department (DFD) programs.
Conducts all training programs from the Commercial Operations Training Division for existing
dealers and ensures call to action as a follow-through. And ensure that all training materials
are updated, and training tools are working properly.
Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression and
achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
Responsible for Promoting and Sourcing out of Great Life Manager or Director.
Ensures intentional activities are conducted based on a set schedule and according to set
guidelines such as:

Ensures the quality (CER) and continuity of business (retention) of Recruits.
Collaboration with Happy Customer Supervisor in resolving dealer concerns, determining the root cause of recurring issues, and recommending courses of action.
Secures compliance on required sales and other administrative reports.
Comply and support special projects like Suyod, etc.
Any other tasks that may be asked from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing or Education
Preferably with experience in direct-selling business, sales, food chain, or similar work
environment
Ability to work and build relationships with people across generations and with diverse
personalities
