Job Description

Your impact

  • Support the development of Autodesk Civil 3D models and produce 2D drawings from these models.
  • Translate engineers sketches, markups, and architectural backgrounds into accurate models and drawings.
  • Ensure all outputs meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements, following company QA procedures.
  • Assist in mentoring and training junior team members in design tools and standards.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files, ensuring proper version control and housekeeping.
  • Promptly report software issues and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Here's what you'll need

  • Proven experience in computer-aided drafting and modelling using Autodesk Civil 3D; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and Navisworks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to receive and act on critical feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of data transfer between key design software and awareness of manufacturing and construction methods is beneficial.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering design principles and the ability to apply them in practical design scenarios.
  • Relevant bachelor's/college degree or equivalent diploma in drafting technology or a related field.
