What You'll Do

• Create accurate construction documents and technical specifications for commercial projects.
• Prepare elevations and detailed drafting packages.
• Turn design concepts into clear, practical construction drawings.
• Work closely with our in-house design and project teams.
• Make sure drawings follow commercial construction standards and project requirements.
• Review your work carefully to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to keep projects moving.
• Spot drafting issues early and find practical solutions.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience drafting for commercial design or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the commercial construction process.
• Experience creating elevations and complete technical drawing sets.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Canva is required.
• Experience with Photoshop and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
• Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
