Structural Revit Drafter (Australian Standard Required)

Are you a highly motivated drafter who thrives on the delivery of commercial projects Do you love construction detailing and getting a building built right If you're passionate about Revit, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a Structural Revit Drafter to produce high-quality BIM documentation and collaborate closely with our engineers/architects from concept through to construction.

You will be crucial in ensuring our documentation is delivered accurately and on time, and coordinating with external partners.

Work Set-up: 100% Work from home

Work Schedule: Early Day Shift - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time (aligned with Australian Business Hours)

What You'll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Model and document structural systems in Revit to company standards
• Prepare GA plans, sections, details, schedules and 3D deliverables
• Coordinate with architects, services and contractors
• Contribute to template, library, and workflow improvements in a growing practice
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant Australian Standards and regulations.

What You Bring (Skills, Qualifications or Experience)

• Experience Level: At least 2 years of experience as a Structural Drafter working on Australian projects.
• Software Proficiency (non-negotiable): Strong Revit proficiency (families, worksets, view templates, phasing)
• Technical Foundation (non-negotiable): Solid knowledge of Australian construction details and documentation standards.
• Solid understanding of steel, concrete; RC scheduling and steel frame detailing are advantageous
• Navisworks/Clash detection and Dynamo skills are a plus
• A proven ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with external consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
