Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer (.NET) to join our development team in Quezon City. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core, backend development, and RESTful API implementation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend applications for enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using ASP.NET Core and .NET frameworks.
- Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend microservices.
- Participate in end-to-end developmentfrom requirements and coding to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, DevOps) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production bugs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that follows best practices.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
ASP.NET Core:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience
- Experience must be clearly reflected in the resume (projects, tools, responsibilities)
.NET / .NET Core:
- Minimum 3 years combined experience
- Preferably with exposure to versions like .NET Core 3.1, .NET 6, or .NET 7
Backend Development:
- Proven experience in full backend service development
- Must have built or maintained RESTful APIs or similar backend services
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- SQL / relational database experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CI/CD or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
