Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop, organize, and maintain a centralized database of product certifications across global safety agencies (e.g., UL, IEC, CSA, etc.).
Review certification documents, test reports, and related compliance materials to extract key product data.
Capture And Record Critical Information Including
Product ratings specifications
Applicable product standards
Certificate edition/version
Certification validity and expiration dates
Agency details and approval scope
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all database entries.
Track certificate expirations and support renewal or update processes.
Work closely with engineering, product compliance, and regulatory teams to verify and clarify technical details.
Identify gaps or discrepancies in certification data and proactively resolve issues.
Establish standard processes for data collection, validation, and database updates.
Generate reports and dashboards summarizing certification status and trends.
Support audits and internal/external compliance reviews by providing accurate certification records.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, Data Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling technical data.
Experience reviewing technical documents, reports, or regulatory certifications.
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, databases, Power BI, or similar platforms).
Ability to understand and interpret technical specifications and standards.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product compliance, certification, or regulatory environments.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO, EN standards).
Experience working with certification bodies or handling compliance documentation.
Knowledge of database systems or data structuring concepts.
Experience with data analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
