The Full-Time Contract Retrieval Specialist at Mike Morse Law Firm is a key support role responsible for obtaining the essential documents and records needed to build a strong personal injury case. The Retrieval Specialist plays a behind-the-scenes but essential role in helping the firm deliver results for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Receive and forward incoming mail to the appropriate team member for timely handling.
- Request and follow up on medical records and billing statements from healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with third-party lien service vendors to secure necessary documentation.
- Collect and organize copies of clients driver's licenses and health insurance cards.
- Obtain PIP paylogs and confirm receipt from applicable insurance providers.
- Gather vehicle damage photos from clients or body shops as needed for documentation.
- Assist the Case Specialist in completing the PIP statute of limitations review, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in legal, medical records, or administrative support preferred
- Familiarity with personal injury documentation, medical billing, or PIP policies is a plus
