We are looking for a
Document Controller with strong experience in
Aconex to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and very proficient in
Microsoft Excel, with experience supporting construction or AEC projects.
Job Description:
- Manage, upload, review, and track documents using Aconex
- Ensure proper document control procedures and naming conventions are followed
- Maintain accurate logs, registers, and trackers in Excel
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors regarding document submissions
- Monitor document workflows, approvals, and revisions
- Ensure compliance with project and company document control standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or AEC projects
- Advanced knowledge of Aconex (required)
- Very good to advanced Excel skills (formulas, trackers, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to start immediately
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with ISO or QA/QC documentation is a plus
