Job Description

We are looking for a Document Controller with strong experience in Aconex to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and very proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience supporting construction or AEC projects.

Job Description:

  • Manage, upload, review, and track documents using Aconex
  • Ensure proper document control procedures and naming conventions are followed
  • Maintain accurate logs, registers, and trackers in Excel
  • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors regarding document submissions
  • Monitor document workflows, approvals, and revisions
  • Ensure compliance with project and company document control standards


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or AEC projects
  • Advanced knowledge of Aconex (required)
  • Very good to advanced Excel skills (formulas, trackers, reporting)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to start immediately
  • Experience working remotely
  • Familiarity with ISO or QA/QC documentation is a plus
