Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Ensure proper implementation and observation of Document/Record Control Procedures which include:
Receiving of project documents/recordsImplementation of appropriate control stamps before distribution to respective copyholdersDistribution/Routing of documents /records to authorized copyholders within DCS parametersImmediate retrieval of superseded documents/records from copyholdersRetrieval of controlled documents/records from copyholders upon their demobilization/separation from the companySystematic filing of documents/recordsSafekeeping and maintenance of documents/records or information
2. Ensure the timely distribution of project correspondences and transmittals to clients, subcontractors or concerned departments.
3. Monitoring of the status of construction drawings.
4. Ensure the completeness and regular updating of Document Control records.
5. Screen reproduction of controlled documents.
6. Other functions related to document management systems.
7. Transmit billings and continuous follow-ups to meet the SLA of concerned departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Years of working experience as Document Controller Staff of a construction company.
