Work Schedule: Mon - Sat, 7am - 4pm
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the Region.
- Ensure that daily and monthly sales targets are achieved and/or exceeded.
- Establish, maintain and acquire new customers to increase business opportunities.
- Hire, develop and motivate sales personnel.
Required skill(s): Selling, Accounts Management, Negotiation.
Requirements
- Familiarity of the accounts and area (whole Mindanao).
- General Trade, Modern trade and Distributorship management.
- People management.
- Can do field work.
- With Company Car.
- With performance bonus (not guaranteed), based on performance.
