The DISTRICT SALES MANAGER is responsible for the attainment of the district sales and collection objectives by providing sales strategies and directions and establishing productive relations with the client and customers to achieve planned performance and sales targets while providing quality customer service.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within your district
  • Manage and nurture relationships with accounts ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify business opportunities
  • Lead, motivate and train a team of sales representatives to maximize their productivity and effectiveness
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the leadership team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in consumer healthcare, FMCG / modern trade industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fields
