The Distributor Development Manager acts as the bridge between company strategy and field execution by delivering on KRAs and elevating the functional standards of our distributor network to ensure long-term, scalable success.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent business growth through strategic sales achievement. Deliver and exceed annual distributor targets across volume, value, and specific channel goals.
- Maintain premium Retail Performance Standards across all targeted channels. Ensure high-level execution regarding on-hand distribution, share of shelf, on-shelf availability, and pricing compliance.
- Optimize field productivity and operational efficiency metrics. Improve call productivity and expand unduplicated buying accounts while managing BO market returns and census plans.
- Direct the General Trade (GT) budget and resource allocation. Manage distributor ASPs, regional merchandiser programs, and CAG mass display allocations to maximize ROI.
- Govern and improve distributor operational standards and compliance. Streamline the order-to-cash process, warehousing (GWP), sales documentation, and IT system adherence.
- Execute high-impact channel cycle programs with precision. Ensure all annual and quarterly initiatives are delivered on time, complete, and in full compliance with Look of Success metrics.
- Strengthen the distributor leadership pipeline through continuous development. Design and implement competency roadmaps to elevate the professional capabilities of the distributor leadership team.
Qualifications
- Experience managing General Trade (GT) distributor operations, specifically leading teams of 5 or more field sales personnel.
- Hands-on experience in direct or key customer management, with a track record of building strong client relationships.
- Highly effective in both oral and written communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations.
