Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:
This position is a critical individual contributor, viewed as a subject matter expert and serves as the lead for the end-to-end management of communication and engagement initiatives across Agency & Bancassurance channels.
This role acts as the primary program owner, leading the launch of campaigns to sales teams, providing accurate and consistent weekly updates on all ongoing campaigns and coordination in the proper execution of sales events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Packaging, Release and Execution
Lead the end-to-end tactical execution of sales campaigns and engagement programs as defined by the team's strategic calendar, ensuring all launches and updates adhere to pre-defined schedules, SLAs and compliance standards.
Develop and deploy channel-specific campaign communications content (posters, emails, Viber etc.), quick reference guides, using approved brand templates and guidelines.
Proactively monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot campaign report errors and coordinate with MIS to resolve inaccuracies and ensure strict adherence to approved guidelines.
Assist Manager to manage the campaign budget for assigned campaigns, tracking projected and actual expenses against approved budget.
2. Sales Team and Stakeholder Coordination
Serves as the primary day-to day contact for channel leaders (SMTs, RSHs and ASMs) on campaign updates, guidelines and execution, providing regular updates and addressing campaign operational queries.
Support the team during stakeholder meetings by preparing campaign attribution data, presentation materials and follow-up communication when necessary.
3. Sales Event Planning & Execution Support
Assist Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of smaller to medium-scale sales engagement events (eg. Regional planning sessions, partner recognition programs).
Manage logistical aspects including venue coordination, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and post-event feedback collection.
Support in the execution of large-scale channel events by managing specific assigned components or segments.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Compile, validate and analyze campaign performance data, engagement metrics, and distribution survey results on a regular basis.
Maintain campaign performance dashboard (One DMO Campaign Tracker) and standardized reports to track KPIs, campaign timeliness and budget adherence.
Provide actionable recommendations to DMO team leads based on feedback and data analysis.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year college course preferably related to Sales or Marketing
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the insurance industry, including planning and execution of campaigns and sales events, or actual sales experience
Adept in Reporting and Presentation
Advance skills on Poster Design (Canva) and MS Office (Word and Excel)
Has planning and organizing background
Effective communication skills, comprehension, and collaboration
