Job Summary:
The CDM serves as the business development leader of the areadriving distribution strategy, overseeing channel performance, strengthening organizations, and enabling long-term growth. This role combines marketing, finance, operations, and people development to achieve sustainable business results.
- Lead distribution channel design, execution, and optimization, ensuring full coverage and cost-efficient models tailored to local needs.
- Analyze competition, channel performance, and on-ground conditions down to the barangay level.
- Ensure all channels achieve key sales, distribution, and execution KPIs.
- Strengthen distributor organizations through manpower planning, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Conduct regular fieldwork, business reviews, and operational audits to ensure targets are met.
- Drive business development initiatives, including identifying growth opportunities, expanding channels, and improving operational efficiency.
- Manage strategic accounts and resolve issues affecting customer experience and KRAs.
- Lead accurate, actionable data reporting, monitoring, and information management.
- Oversee financial management, including budget monitoring, billings, and reconciliations.
