Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations Management: Formulate and execute regional business plans aligned with company objectives. Lead efficient execution of distribution, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
- Distribution Optimization: Design and manage cost-effective distribution models to maximize coverage, delivery efficiency, and market penetration.
- Channel Development: Analyze performance across channels, implement improvement programs, and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners and GT accounts.
- Organizational Development: Drive capability-building through manpower planning, coaching, and training of both internal and distributor teams. Ensure alignment with company values and performance goals.
- Business and Financial Management: Oversee trade program budgets, inventory management, and compliance with operational standards. Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights based on market data and financial analysis.
