Job Description

As a Disclosure Specialist, you will be tasked with managing and sending mortgage disclosures on behalf of the Account Management team. This entails handling all re-disclosures promptly as they are identified by the Processor and Lock Desk, ensuring that any changes of circumstance are validated and appropriately necessitate re-disclosure.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in closing, post-closing, processing, or real estate documentation within a title company or financial institution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactively resolve problems
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-centered environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and meet production deadlines

Your Role in Driving Success

• Manage and send mortgage disclosures on behalf of the Account Management team
• Handle all re-disclosures as they arise, brought to attention by the Processor and Lock Desk
• Validate changes of circumstance to determine if re-disclosure is required
• Process and send updated disclosures to the borrower within 24 hours of receiving the request
• Review reports to ensure no loans requiring re-disclosure are missed
• Immediately notify the Supervisor/Manager of any loans that are out of compliance for re-disclosure
• Maintain thorough knowledge of TRID, RESPA policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Stay current on all mortgage-related regulations and changes
• Ensure compliance with all Orion Lending's policies, procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
