We are hiring - Director of Recruiting
The Director of Recruiting is responsible for leading and optimizing the full recruitment strategy for both the Contact Center (BPO) division and the Software Development/Technology division. This role requires a seasoned recruiting leader with deep expertise in high-volume BPO hiring, technical recruiting, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of building scalable recruitment processes and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and execute an end-to-end recruitment strategy for the Contact Center and Technology divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning in collaboration with operations, technology, and executive leadership to forecast hiring needs.
- Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team across multiple recruitment specialties.
Recruitment Operations & Execution
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Service roles, Developers, Software Engineers, data scientists etc..
- Implement scalable sourcing strategies using modern recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and AI-based tools.
- Ensure recruitment KPIsincluding time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience scoresare consistently achieved.
AI & Technical Recruiting Expertise
- Design and maintain specialized pipelines for AI and machine learning talent, staying current with industry hiring trends.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand highly technical role requirements.
Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local labor laws, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Standardize recruitment workflows, assessment tools, and interview frameworks for consistency and fairness.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong relationships with internal leaders to understand evolving business needs.
- Provide regular reporting on recruitment performance, market insights, and hiring forecasts.
Employer Branding & Talent Engagement
- Strengthen the company's employer brand within the BPO and tech talent markets.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, tech conferences, and industry forums.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the recruitment field, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- Previous experience in the BPO industry recruiting is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and advanced technical roles.
- Proven success leading high-volume recruiting strategies and technical talent acquisition simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- C1 English levelboth written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Goal-driven, highly organized, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- Experience scaling recruitment operations during periods of rapid growth.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting systems and automation platforms.
- Previous experience in multicultural or global BPO organizations.
