Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead and optimize operations for our healthcare account at our Bridgetown site. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning. This role demands a visionary leader who can drive efficiency, improve processes, and ensure superior service delivery for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage onsite operations of the healthcare account, ensuring performance targets and client expectations are consistently met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to ensure service quality, resolve escalations, and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and workforce planning for the healthcare account.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, BPO, or related service delivery environment.
- Proven experience in leading large onsite teams and managing complex healthcare accounts.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
