About the Role
As Director, Provider Enrollment, youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Provider Enrollment department. Youll lead and mentor a team, manage client relationships, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Provider Enrollment departments daily operations.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Monitor client-level metrics and ensure timeliness and accuracy of new enrollment, reenrollment, and credentialing activities.
- Provide regular client updates and manage special projects.
- Recommend improvements to workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Track and analyze trends through reporting to drive decisions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in provider enrollment, physician billing, hospital billing, or vendor management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of provider enrollment requirements and processes.
- Willingness to work full onsite in Pampanga, on night shift.
Good-to-Have
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with CAQH database, NPI website, and maintaining EDI/EFT/ERA processes.
- Multi-state provider enrollment exposure.
