Job Description

This role is responsible for driving company growth through strategic marketing initiatives, revenue-focused campaigns, and business development activities. This role leads brand positioning, demand generation, partnerships, and market expansion while aligning closely with sales and leadership to achieve commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across all channels
  • Lead demand generation, digital marketing, content, events, and campaign performance
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy
  • Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI tracking

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
  • Lead market entry and expansion initiatives, including new segments or geographies
  • Support sales efforts through lead generation, pipeline growth, and strategic proposals
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships, commercial agreements, and collaborations
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with executive leadership to define growth objectives and revenue targets
  • Align marketing, sales, and business development strategies for maximum impact
  • Translate company goals into actionable growth plans and execution roadmaps
  • Present insights, performance reports, and recommendations to senior management

Team & Operations

  • Build, lead, and mentor marketing and business development teams
  • Establish processes, tools, and best practices to scale growth operations
  • Foster a data-driven, performance-oriented culture

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial roles
  • Proven track record of driving growth, revenue, and market expansion
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, sales enablement, and partnerships
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
